The ground floor, previously intended for the living room and kitchen, is transformed into a sleeping area. The bedrooms will be located here, equipped with large windows to ensure good natural lighting. The renovation includes a new layout of the spaces, with the creation of plasterboard partition walls and the recovery of the original parquet, to give a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The first floor will house the living area, consisting of a living room, kitchen and dining area, with an open layout that encourages conviviality. A distinctive element is the glass door that opens onto a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, creating a bright and airy environment that merges with the outside. A radiant floor system has been installed throughout the first floor to ensure uniform heat distribution, improving energy efficiency and comfort. The system is integrated under the new floors, minimizing the footprint and preserving the aesthetics of the rooms. The overall project also includes attention to detail, with particular attention to the electrical and hydraulic systems, to ensure a high level of comfort and safety. The choice of materials is oriented towards modern and quality solutions, capable of combining functionality and design.
